How to get started
To begin with, you will complete an in rooms physiotherapy assessment at Seville Health. This will include assessment of your injury or condition, appropriate plan and advice regarding a tailored program for your individual needs, as well as discussion of your goals. Following this, we will schedule your next session at the pool whereby you will commence an individualised program with assistance from your physiotherapist. You will receive constant attention to ensure the program is safe and challenging for you, with progressions as you improve.
