If you have been involved in a motor accident or workplace injury and your claim has been accepted you will have been provided with a claim number. You will need to bring your claim number and insurance details so that we can bill the insurance company directly, ensuring your rehab is a simple process for you.
Insurance claims for TAC and workcover are billed directly to the insurer provided all necessary information and claim numbers are provided to us.
Private patients are required to settle their accounts at the end of each appointment through either cash or EFTPOS.

Every injury is different. During your initial assessment your physiotherapist will provide you with a Recommended Action Plan and report which will outline your treatment program and how many sessions we estimate to get you back to being injury-free & pain-free. You will be re-assessed at each session to ensure you are on-track to an excellent recovery.
We offer a pay-as you go system meaning there is no commitment to attend for any particular length of time. Simply come and try our classes with no risk to you. If you would like to attend regularly, we do offer 10 session packs at a discounted rate, as well as our FREE pilates loyalty program.
